You CAN Make a Difference . . .

Here are just a few ways you can help:

PRAYER - Everything that we do is bathed in prayer -- Pray for our camp managers, our staff, our Board, our volunteers and especially the people we serve in Belize.

ENCOURAGEMENT - Please let our camp managers and staff know if they have done a good job.  Let your team leaders know that you appreciate the extra work that they do to make the team run smoothly.  

SPONSORSHIP - There are so many children who want and deserve the opportunity to get an education.  A better way of life for them, for their families, can only be had through education.  Our goal is to give a hand up, not a hand out.

FUNDING - Body & Soul Ministries operates on a cash basis -- we do not run on credit!  We need YOUR financial support in order to operate in Belize.  The Board are all unpaid volunteers; however, we do pay our Belizean workers.  We also have monthly obligations that must be paid:  utilities, insurance, social security, vehicle & property maintence, fuel, etc.  We are dependent on your generous donations to meet our NEEDS and SPECIAL PROJECTS.  If you wish for your donation to go towards a special need or project please place a note in with your check.  A statement of contribution will be mailed to you.

A newer 15-passenger van  -   DONATED

          Funds to ship the van to Belize

A NEW big bus

A new commercial-grade gas stove  -  DONATED

New Washers & Dryers

A concrete slab for in front of our bathhouses

A large coffee maker and cups for our teams to use - DONATED

More silverware, especially spoons - DONATED

Projects:

We are currently trying to spruce up our compound -- tile, fresh paint, etc. -- to make it better for our mission teams.  Our next project is to tile the concrete floors in both the men's and women's bath houses.  This will enable our staff to keep these areas cleaner and more sanitized for our team members.

Thank you to everyone who supports Body & Soul Ministries by prayer, encouragement, monetary gifts, or the sponsorship of a child; to team members who come and serve tirelessly on medical teams, sponsorship teams, VBS teams, building teams, evangelism teams . . . and the list goes on and on!  YOU are the backbone of this Ministry!  God has put so many generous people in our path; generous in spirit, in heart, and in purse.
